I've been to see this an a road trip I went on with my dad before his health got bad. It blows me away how large of a population is estimated to have lived either there or at nearby cliff dwellings. 30k people!
There are cliff dwellings built all over the American southwest, many are nearly inaccessible nowadays.
The (now deceased) youtuber desert drifter did extensive exploration of the areas and shows abandoned homes and food caches in extremely remote places. Some in more exposed locations are weathered to near nothingness. He even documented rock drawings that possibly haven't been seen centuries.
