I have recently been diagnosed as my symptoms started to get worse as I’ve got older. Once I got the diagnosis I could not mask anymore socially. I used to be able to see several different friends in one day and be buzzing about this. Now I see one friend for a couple of hours and I cancel all my plans the next day as I am burnt out…. Should I have only one day socialising then take a rest day? Feels a bit lonely if I am going to be honest…
