I’m not OOP. I cross posted this because I think it is funny that a Nissan driver ran over a curb with their new Sentra at such speed that it fucked the wheel up.
had it been a pothole i would have understood, i myself broke two wheels hitting a pothole on the other side of a crest going 110 kph a while back (and the mfs came to repair the pothole 15 minutes later), but yeah a curb is wild, oop was probably not looking and driving way too fast

WTF? So you lead us to believe you needed help, but this a cross post?
I wasted my time giving solid advice to a dude that didn't even have this problem? Dude, you suck.
Bringing that big Altima energy huh bro?
Just drive on the spare.
JUST DRIVE ON THE FUCKING SPARE BRO
More than buying a new rim
New rim will be needed. I can't see the other side of your rim, but if it's a stock alloy, it could be $200+. It really depends on the rim.
Do you have more pictures of the other side so we can see the design of it? Or are there any identifying marks on it?

Look at the sub you are in. This is a sub about shitting on Nissan drivers. Talk about r/lostredditor
Yeah, it's called NissanDrivers...a sub I never knew existed, but sounds legit, when I browse /r/new.
Fuck you. This can happen to anybody driving any car, and you expect people to just think it's a joke? Eat me.
Lmao calm down tough guy, it’s a joke subreddit. It’s really not that serious
Sub icon is literally a Nissan logo that has been crossed out.
And as somebody that browses /new, I can't see your icon. You can still fuck off and eat me.
Except when you click on the thread to make a reply you can see the sub icon.
I feel like I’m witnessing a villain origin
How can they eat you if they've fucked off first?
valid crashout
Something tells me that the commenter had very serious anger issues.
Probably pissed about his Altima’s resale value.
Not really, just shitty ones lol

Why do you quote the entire comment? Kind of an odd practice. Not unlike getting irrationally hostile.
Jesus Christ man, read the room you’re in
So the solid advice took you 10 seconds?
For one, it’s a wheel. Two, this isn’t a helping place.
A tire/tyre sits on a rim, or wheel, whatever the fuck you call it. THAT RIM/WHEEL needs to be replaced.
How are you gonna replace a rim on a one piece alloy wheel?
THE RIM IS THE WHEEL...for fucks sake. You have a wheel/rim that a fucking tire/tyre is mounted to. Good lord people today are fucking dumb as shit.
It’s part of a wheel. Why are you mad?
It’s because they’re a Nissan driver and they have rage issues from making shitty decisions all their life
I think it’s funny. Doesn’t know the difference between rim and wheel but calls everyone else stupid.
Also he doesn’t know he’s in a joke sub and then calls people stupid.
True. In the other reply thread on this comment he was getting mad at me for HIS mistake. It’s just hilarious. 😂
WHAT COMMENT DID YOU REPLY TO? WHY DIDN'T YOU QUOTE THE WHOLE THING?
Rim is just part of a wheel. It would be the same as calling the wheel a “spoke” or a “hub.”
125 at my shop in nj
Tree fiddy
it's fine
“Will my warranty cover this” fucking chefs kiss.
Of course he drives like that and thinks he can repair it while calling it a "rim".
Go to a part pull yard and get one way cheaper.
Whatever a new rim costs
