This is the right answer, but I doubt they would do anything at all coming from an individual. The property manager would probably have to call and make a complaint for them to bother.
I recently had some asshole plow into my parked car in front of my house, completely totaling it. I had half a dozen witnesses there (peewee football practice directly across the street, and two neighbors) and had the vehicle on home security footage, and they did absolutely nothing about it. The vehicle very likely came through a big intersection before approaching my street, and the intersection has FOUR cameras on it, one to focus on each direction. I called and asked them if they could pull footage within a tiny ten minute window so they could also get the tags and they have never called me back.
I'm assuming that management will soon, since this thing is right near the entrance and their office, so the first thing potential tenants see is a totaled and partially stripped truck. I think it still had wheels when they left on Friday, so they're in for another pleasant surprise tomorrow.
Chances are high the car is stolen and is being stripped as parts are sold.
that is crazy work. even for a nissan
Call the police.

Nope. Michigan.
Jack stands are more valuable than that truck.
