After I saw the manager allowing their workers to use their phones WITH THEIR GLOVES ON and go back to working without changing them, I never went back.
There are so many options around there. If I’m going to spend that much for a burger, I’d rather go down to Farmer’s Table and get a really excellent one.
Nah, the location is poor. You have to only be coming down Jefferson on Best Buy's side. Any other direction is a hassle, and it's other food options to go to that are easier to get in and out of. Especially since Shake Shack's don't have drive thrus.
I thought the same thing until I saw they did nothing to address the parking lot. It's not easy to get in and out off, especially around rush hour and peak Costco times.
The actual answer: they had an issue with their grill last week and could not make anything, so had to close down for a few days until they got everything fixed.
Not sure but my feelings definitely aren't hurt. Last time I ordered from there I ended up puking literally everything back up that I ate
Idk what happened to shake shack but yeah, it was honestly awful when I went to this location
I thought I was the only one. I had an instant stomach ache and the green apple splatters after I ate there a few weeks ago.

Facts!
I don't know but it's a shit show in there. Poorly run.
I think the location is crappy. Even Starbucks couldn't make it work.
Which is kinda weird, because on paper it looks like a great location.

Exactly... It's nearly impossible to get into or out of.
I think it's too close to McDonald's. How can you chill with some coffee when you can smell those crack-laced French fries McDonalds sells.
I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I went there a couple of times and the food was always good and always plenty of customers.
They've been named the most expensive fast food chain. I've only eaten there once. I thought the food was pretty good but definitely not worth the price. https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/burger-chain-named-americas-most-expensive-fast-food-restaurant-overpriced
Interesting I always thought it was five guys
People in this area can't afford to spend so much on fast food. Parking lot is awful. This was all well known before they opened.
I saw fire trucks there yesterday morning
I picked up from there once and it was fine. But just fine. Definitely not justifying the cost of the food.
Probably doesn’t get enough customers. Can’t keep the doors open if you can’t keep the customers coming.
Probably going out of business, you got McDonald’s and Wendy’s within walking distance
It was way overpriced for the quality of the food... and there is a Wendy's like 5 minutes down the road that was easier to get in and out of.
I like Shack Shake’s food. I hate how much it costs. My family and I eat there on very rare occasions because it’s always $70+ for 4 people.
If I’m planning to spend that much, I’m generally going somewhere else to eat.
Expensive, not easy to get in and out, mediocre food.
I love shake shack but it way too expensive. I’m a fan and I can only justify going 1 or 2x a year
