Once you have a good answer you can mark your post as answered by commenting with the exact phrase!answered. Otherwise, a mod will do so as time allows, once an accurate answer has been provided. This makes unanswered posts easier to find.
You can't force people to undo their votes, force them to vote differently, or drag them before a Vote Council because you disagree with how someone voted.
It seems you don't quite remember the downvotes, but your profile suggests you asked a question, got an answer, and you rejected the answer. Hence the downvotes.
Even if you think the answer you got isn't helpful, the best thing to do is to just ignore it and keep scrolling.
But in this case, it looks like the answer is correct as multiple other people gave the same answer.
If you're not really open to people answering questions for you, then the best thing to do is to keep the question to yourself or do your own research.

that’s what i like to do but then i cant comment on a post or join a group im really interested in cuz it’s either in the negative or not as much as they like

Just forget the karma and answer questions truth fully without thinking of anything other than be natural open and try answer in a funny way if it's in a funny situation and in a scientific way if in a natural science group.
i did not know they can kick u from a group because of your points. i had commented about something sims related and many others didnt agree with me (which is fine) but it gave me so many negative karma points of all sorts it aint even funny 😭

The only way to earn karma is from other users casting votes on your content. There is no other way to earn karma.
Each content you produce has both an up button and a down button, these buttons both function and aren't just for show.
