I work third shift so im going to bed soon but i plan on untangling all the wires after work tomorrow and cleaning up under the nightstand and between it and the bed. And then I'll vacuum hopefully
I think the wires are the least of your problems. Just pick up all the rubbish first and then you'll have a good point to start from and sort clothes out
One piece of advice that my therapist gave me that I’ve found to be very helpful is to set a goal of cleaning 10 minutes or one small task per day. Coupling that with forcing yourself to throw things away in the trashcan and not leave clothes on the floor makes a surprisingly big difference.
The hardest part is getting started, and you have got that well in the bag. Things look really good OP; not everything needs to be done in one go. Bit by bit and you’ve got it! Be proud for taking the hardest steps!
You did great! I know how hard it is to tackle something like this when you’re depressed. I’ve been there too. It doesn’t fix everything, but having a clean or even just relatively clean space helps my mental health personally. I hope it does the same for you.
Your best was more than enough - this already looks pretty good! Just take five or ten minutes a day when you have the energy to do a couple of things, and you'll have it amazing in no time!
You did a great job. The world is depressing lately. I don't blame you at all. I'm really glad I have my parents around to help me clean up when I am situationally disabled due to my cancer medications.
Think about how pleased Shadow would be with a more serene, organized, clean place to brood, good stuff! Any time you can get even one thing out of the room, you’re making progress, Rome wasn’t built in a day!
Very nice! May I suggest getting frames for your posters when you get the chance? Don’t need to spend a fortune, and shop around to get a good deal. Makes posters look significantly better and more grown up imho.
Manageable. Put some earphones in and go to town. Once you start don’t stop until it’s done, looks like an hour or less if you stay focused. Then it’s done and you can relax.
I see your effort and commend you for it. I'm proud of another depression haver for cleaning up, I know it's not easy. Hope things get better for you friend
This is a good start! Just another go through another day and you'll probably be all done. I love your comforter btw,I've never seen that particular pokemon bedding before!
ive been getting it pretty bad with depression lately as well and it can feel impossible to clean and organize and when you do sometimes you dont even feel good about it
but you did so well here and you should be proud of yourself no matter what
well there weren't before pics of it, I keep her living space the way it's supposed to be, just like with my tarantulas. the trouble comes with keeping my living space tidy
Honestly this is really not too bad. Give yourself an hour and that can be cleaned up pretty easy, you've got a nice room

You’re doing great!
pic 1 looked like a mess
pic 4 looks like a cozy lived-in space that could be tidied up a bit
well done
That's actually not bad. And I like the soundproofing panels.
Try zero or diet sodas to improve diet leading to better state of mind!
You did a great job! I know how hard it is to work through depression, so seeing someone be able to do this feels like a miracle. I’m so proud of you!

Naah, give yourself some credit, in an hour you can make big progress, starting it's the hardest part, you got this 🤝
You tried, thats all that matters. You made progress, and that’s a positive.

Weirdo freak I wonder why you're depressed.

Incredibly depressed: I know I’ll stare at a giant screen from 2 feet away
I only use the tv for Overwatch, and I pull the chair back when I play. This is just how its arranged so I have more room
