I like dressing my husband up in women’s underwear sometimes and I haven’t found a babydoll that fits him without having formed cups which doesn’t fit the look I’m going for. I was thinking lace weight cotton yarn would be appropriate, if it’s not, please tell me what would be better.

I’m looking for babydoll or tunic designs that have more of a “bralette” or triangle shaped top. If the cups are more lacy and open that would be great, just so long as they aren’t completely solid. I haven’t made any clothing yet other than scarves and beanies, but I really want to make something cute and I’ll use these skills to make a halter top for my friend later on, but for now, I want to fulfill my wish a little bit.

Check out apostrophe patterns. You may need to get creative on some parts to make it more lingerie like, but they do have a lot of options. They are made completely to your measurements, so they would fit him as is.
