help!!
How do I fix this? I literally asked for smedium knotless and got this. They look like box braids? Not to mention she damn near broke my neck trying to push my head down to get the parts with my chin to my chest. Also last time i went, they were to my back with no extra charge…These were roughly 270 and shes not giving me a refund. This is the Inspo (from her own page) vs what i got. How do I unstiffen them or maw them look more natural.

Try redipping your hair into hot water. Make a pot of boiling water. Grab you a big towel. Section into palm sized sections and start with the ends by putting them into the pot. After about 30 seconds, pull the hair out from the pot and do this for your entire head. Once you’re done with the ends, you’re going to do a different method for the middle/top portion of your head. Take a face towel or a small cloth and dip a portion of the cloth into the hot water. Take the wet portion of the towel and hold it against your braids. The heat from the towel should help them loosen up a bit. It’ll take a while and you’ll probably burn yourself a bit BUT it has helped me with stiff braids. It’s gonna feel hot against your scalp too so what I do is lean my head to the side with my hair hanging towards to floor and use my hands. My hands are better at taking heat than my scalp
