it feels like it's mid at best on Nami, but hopefully I'm wrong cuz I love the concept of it lol. on a side note does it work with the new Echoes of Helia? i.e the diadem heal procs the Helia heal
It procs all the healing effects you have, at least that is what I think after reading it. Still I think it's a good item, just niche in certain scenarios, but good nonetheless.
It’s pretty much a Sona designed item. Tear items just aren’t as valuable in the first place since they’re inherently scaling based and games are even shorter now than before
I think it can be good against poke teams, but pretty much only this. I tried it and while it worked ok, it slows down the time when you buy your Mandate by 400 (which is arguably your biggest power spike, as you don't get often more than 2 items as a supp), this game I wanted Ardent and didn't have time to finish it due to Diadem 2nd, and the new Helia is very very strong, I had to skip it this game.
I think her core build will likely become Mandate/Helia, but you will still be able to swap Helia for another item that suits the game better (Ardent, Diadem, ...).
And as a 3rd item, Diadem feels pretty weak, so I think it will stay situational on her.

it feels really mid, only good on supps that actually need a TON of mana (sona)

The % bonus looks nice but I really don't so it is working on anyone except Sona

It feels really good on Seraphine. She is so mana hungry
its interesting because it does give you the opportunity to skip manaflow band in favor of axiom arcanist
stat spread has been questionable since reveal, so i think we should give it a patch or two to see how it feels
Maybe it's fine with lucian to keep his passive up. Otherwise I don't think Nami needs so much mana.
I'm not saying it's going to be core on her but there is a good chance it could provide excellent value.
