They used to call baseball "America's past time". Now, America's past time is the pure greed of capitalism.
Fans should be able to purchase a "season's pass" from a single source such as MLB TV or NBA League Pass.
If other networks, such as Prime, Peacock, ESPN, etc wish to purchase access to selected games for their subscribers, that's fine. What is definitely not fine, though, is allowing these other networks to purchase exclusive rights. They do this to pressure fans to subscribe to their networks. MLB TV and NBA League Pass rake in the bucks but we, the fans, are the ones who suffer.
Greedy owners have poisoned America's past time and they'll keep doing it as long as we continue to put up with this nonsense. Complaining about it accomplishes absolutely nothing; canceling your TV subscriptions is the only way to bring about change.
I’ve had Peacock for free for years from my friend’s cousin (lol) but it’s gotten to the point where if regular season games are on streaming services that I don’t have I’m totally cool not watching.
So how many streaming services do you need if you want to watch all the games? (Without sailing the seas)
Apple, Amazon, NBC, and GSN I think?
Unless nbc is getting the games apple or amazon had
ESPN/Fox and I know opening day is Netflix too
Nasty
Netflix for Home Run derby, opening game and Field of Dream if you care about those
Only slightly dipping a pirate toe, more a technicality, but: MLB.tv and a good VPN
Assuming no cable TV or live TV streaming services you would need:
Gotham Sports (or MLB TV if out of the local area)
Peacock
Amazon Prime
Apple TV+
ESPN+
Netflix
Fox One? (I think? Not very clear)
One IPTV provider
Explain how IPTV works and what it offers like I’m an idiot
Basically it's streaming cable channels from all over the world over internet on pretty much any device for a fraction of the price.
I mention IPTV on every one of these threads for any sport or show and no one ever listens.
I fucking love IPTV.
Which one do you recommend?
Me, my brother, my father, and my in laws all use StreamQ
Mainly for the customer service

Rob Manfred sucks
