In Walkie-Talkie mode during calls, the earphones and Super Mic will automatically mute when the user does not press the call button on the charging case. Pressing the call button immediately unmutes Super Mic, and the call is conducted solely through Super Mic. Once the call ends, the device returns to default.
Walkie-Talkie mode can be enabled in the Nothing X app settings. When enabled, the device will automatically switch to Walkie-Talkie mode upon answering incoming calls
I have it too. Maybe it's something to allow people with nothing audio gear to talk to each other? It says it is the nothing x app
Edit: found this on the nothing page: https://support.nothing.tech/hc/en-us/articles/38937909284881-What-is-Walkie-Talkie-Mode

I have the CMF Buds Pro 2, but this feature doesn’t work. What’s the use then?
Feature for the new ear 3
Super mic is the mic on the case for Nothing Ear 3. So yeah that won't be usable.
Not sure (I don't have any nothing audio products yet).
Maybe it allows you to use a mic on the case or something
