And the driver complacently depending on the trolley valve, transmission, and/or a wood block to brake when not in the truck. When your truck bursts into flames, I find forgetting to turn the wheel before escaping with your life to be a somewhat forgivable offense.
In this case it was extremely dangerous, but still, understandable that you might not keep a level head and think of that when confronted with a fire.
