    I have Generalised Anxiety Disorder - which is basically constant crippling anxiety. The best thing you can do is invest in improving your own mental health. Let your doctor know, find a therapist to help you organise your thoughts. Find coping mechanisms, such as exercise, journaling, meditation. Speak to your spouse and let them know what’s going on. Find solace in Islam and Allah’s plan. My husband learnt how to handle my anxiety and clam my mind. We’ve adapted the way we communicate so that I don’t get to worst case scenarios.

    Sorry to say, I don’t know if your anxiety will ever truly go away, but you can definitely find ways to manage it.
