It's not anyone's fault for being born with autism, and kids with the condition can enjoy fulfilling lives if there's a supportive environment that helps them learn how to manage the difficulties.
It is a choice to degrade those same kids as incapable and use them as a strawman for a delusionally harmful agenda of restricting public access to medical care. That's what I consider inhuman.

The real reason so many people have autism is because the “spectrum” concept expanded the definition of autism to include a broad range of people who could now be diagnosed as “autistic”… that’s a fact - check autism in various versions of the DSM.
As with most things, he generalizes misinformation. Many great thinkers, millionaires, billionaires and artists were somewhere on the spectrum and came by it naturally.
Some were high functioning, some not.
His own self diagnosis is suspect.
RFK’s dysfunctions he claims are due to his brain-eating worm episode …. Another time he claimed it was a tumour… more likely he has progressive dementia… and dysphonia.
There's no murder here. Both guys are right, just not about the same people. There are people with such severe autism that they have no chance at a normal life. There are far more autistic people who lead perfectly normal lives. That's how spectrums work.
