The Station Agent feels very human in the best way. It’s a quiet indie about loneliness, grief, and the awkward way people slowly find each other. Peter Dinklage is great as someone who just wants to be left alone, but ends up forming an unexpected friendship. Nothing is rushed or dramatic — it’s all small moments, silences, and honest conversations. Simple, sincere, and quietly emotional DEF recommend you to watch it 10/10!

  • I loved it, the place, the vibe, acting,

  • Great recommendation, it's an excellent movie.

In a similar vein (quiet, well written, involves finding unexpected friends) I'd very highly recommend the 2013 movie 'Still Life' starring Eddie Marsan.

  • It’s a great little film. I love Bobby Cannavale’s boundless optimism juxtaposed with Dinklage’s and Clarkson’s desires to be left alone. In other hands it could have felt very clichéd, but here they work well together.

  • It's 11/10

Such a great cast of actors

  • One of my favourite movies, so I could not agree with you more.

I would also recommend American Dreamer, it does get some mediocre reviews but I thought it was a very good film.

  • One of my fav all time
