Hello, I will be going to work in Ireland in coupple of weeks. I got an idea if it would be possible to ask around in harbour some fisheing boats and ask if i could join them, what do you think? Thanks in advance for any response
No, their insurance wouldn't cover you and they're working not there to bring a tourist fishing. Charter a boat specifically for tourist fishing. Don't mean to sound harsh but have a bit of cop on.
Working vessels won't be able to accommodate you due to insurance/health and safety regulations.
Your best bet is to charter a boat yourself or ask around for like-minded folk on reddit subs for the area you'll be staying in. You could also reach out on r/IrishFishing to see if anyone would be up for a day out too.

We keep hearing how immigration brings in the best of the best but then I read something like this and I do wonder.
