Very innovative, the only thing I would be worried about is the steering that would tip the frame of the bike while in a turn since the front axle cannot lean from side-to-side, but the rake would want it to lean. Better to just get a small trailer. If you really don't have room for a trailer you can get something similar from https://motowus.com/ to tow the bike.
You have a hitch, rent a trailer. There is so much that can go wrong with a mount like that.
