if you were standing where you visually saw the shatter land, yeah. It has a small bit of traveling up, and can go up stairs as well.

2: rein should’ve pushed you harder idk why he was using shield for that long. full health and they were scared, retreating, and ash was wasting bullets on his initial shield opening. A pick on you would’ve gotten him the next team fight maybe.
