If there is someone working back there that violated a law, you can't just burst back there. You need a warrant signed by a judge.
They will show up with no warrant, or a warrant that they essentially printed off saying "yes we can take this person because I said so" and use their work as ground for superceding the rights of the person as well as the property owners.
Just like sit ins aren't legal and I can't disrupt a business without accepting it as a form of civil disobedience that might get me arrested, ice definitely cannot do it being a government entity.

There's been so many people involved locally with providing information for people to know their rights as well as flat out protest ice and protect the members of our community that are impacted that I've been a bit overwhelmed with pride, although it's tempered because this is just a shitty situation.
I've gotten a lot of this from 50501 or Indivisible, which in turn has a lot of people organizing together.

And no, what they’re doing is not illegal. If it were, it would have already been brought to a halt given the left’s vigorous attempts at stopping by any means possible. You don’t have to like it, but they’re within their lawful right to do what they’re doing. And you shouldn’t be against it either. ICE’s primary priority are targets with a violent history. And here you all are fighting to keep criminals here where they can and will cause more harm to society and civilians.

Over a week ago, ICE picked up one employee at Le Burger.
What does this mean?
