Stores/markets that sell soybeans?

Are there stores or markets that sell soybeans somewhere? Not edamame, I mean the fully grown dry bean. I've heard that some Asian grocers might sell them, but the ones I've checked out haven't had them in stock.

If you want roasted salted soybeans they are sold under the marketing name soy nuts. If you mean the uncooked version then United Noodle has them.
