Delcy and her brother sold Maduro to stay in power. She likely also got the reward money hiding somewhere in a bank. She’s not dumb. She has also been trying to revive the Venezuelan oil industry for some time. And also knows that if she doesn’t do what she’s told by Rubio, she’ll likely end up in prison or worse, dead. The biggest risk right now is Cabello throwing a coup to get rid of her, but unlikely.
