Im 25

  • you would need some very serious clockwise rotation of the jaw

  • only surgery will be most helpful but still you can fix your posture(by doing exercises), stop mouth breathing, eat hard food, do mewing and chintucks then after 3-5 years it will improve a little (might be around average people) but you have to be consistent and these things takes time .

  • Very poor development needs surgery for any noticeable improvement

    :(

Unfortunately its the truth. Mewing wont do much. You can consult with an orthodontist and if you have any health concerns relating to your jaws, your insurance can cover treatment.

I was looking into non surgical options like thumbpulling because surgery is not an option for me right now :(

Maybe focus on other aspects of life for now like education, hobbies, or financials and assess your options later. It is practically impossible to significantly improve a case like yours without surgery especially at your age. It will be a waste of effort and discouraging to use unproven methods like thumbpulling and seeing little to no progress. However, mewing and proper posture is still good practice to avoid further degradation of your structure.

    I see....thank you.

I mean if it’s not an option then by all means mew and thumb pull. It couldn’t hurt

You need a lot of CCW rotation. At your age progress will be extremely slow and hard to accomplish. You can probably see good noticeable improvements by incorporating a few things. Mostly a LOT of thumb pulling. At least 30 minutes a day. Mewing and correct other habits of course. Optimize hormones and health to help with bone mass and density. Mostly diet, sleep, sun exposure, stress reduction, high intensity & short duration gym/sprints, low bf percentage, avoiding hormone disruptions. Again this will be very slow, and hard to accomplish, you likely won’t reach genetic potential but you can get a decent amount or at least make somewhat good change. It’s better than doing nothing.
