Come on, Metrolinx! How shady of you to set up your web pages like this. I bet your system knows the difference between a Saturday and a Friday. You offer these $10 fares on the weekend, but when prompted to the next page, the regular weekday price is at the top of the page. Shame on you! Someone who might not know better obviously wouldn't think to scroll down when this is the price advertised on the page when searching schedules. Your page is well-designed for searching and displaying schedules on particular days; you could easily display the $10 weekend rate at the top instead of making people scroll down on the second page. In fact, why would anyone choose to pay the regular price over the weekend rate? Who is your IT department? And, when a person notices this shady error before they activate the full-price ticket, your customer care department (you should look up the meaning of this title) can't even rectify the situation. Not even a voucher! Brutal!
