Hey guys. I replaced the head about 1000kms ago, it runs perfectly and maintains normal temp. I went to change the lower radiator hose and have noticed oil sludge through the cooling system. Way more than would be residue from the blown head. Is there anything else worth checking before I call it a fail from my end?

2003 Mazda b2500 2.5 Turbo Diesel.
