This is one of those terms & conditions apply things. Saying 1918 for the UK and Ireland is stretching things a bit.
In 1918 a coalition government passed the Representation of the People Act 1918, enfranchising all men over 21, as well as all women over the age of 30 who met minimum property qualifications, in both Britain and Ireland (The whole of Ireland was part of the UK at this time).
It wasn't until the Representation of the People (Equal Franchise) Act 1928 that gave women the same voting rights as men in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
In the Republic of Ireland it was the 1937 Constitution of Ireland that guaranteed women the right to vote and to nationality and citizenship on an equal basis with men.
The map therefore should read 1937 for the Republic of Ireland and 1928 for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Edit: Allowing a few women to vote is not the same as equality of suffrage and this is why commentators are questioning the dates.
The Government in exiled decreed that as soon as normal free elections would be held after that war was over (the writing was already on the wall for the Germans) that women would be able to vote.
Yeah, the Provisional Government did that in February 2017, before the Bolshevik coup in October that year. It was done in all of the Empire, so 1919 in Belarus and Ukraine, for example, is incorrect.

The part for the former USSR republics is also not exactly correct.
maybe you shouldn't be reposting this then and make your own edit or map?
I'll ask you next time. đŸ˜˜
Most of these had it removed soon after. Should have when they got the right and kept it
In Belgium, it's 1948
Women can vote for municipal election since 1920. I think that's where they got the 1919 from
"Based" Switzerland
Appenzell Innenhoden was forced to introduce women's voting rights by the Swiss supreme court.
In 1991
Portugal was much much later
Full legal equality wasn't until 1976 I believe.
Bro the sea let women vote earlier than Switzerland đŸ˜
In Sweden we got the right to vote 1919, however the first election after we got the right was 1921
The average man got to vote in 1917 in the Netherlands.Â
How did French women gain the right to vote while under Nazi occupation?
When exactly do you think France got a government that could make decisions?
I reckon it was granted by the "exiled" government, not the Vichy collaborationist one

1893 in NZ if that helps.
It would be interesting to add, when these countries became democracies. Or at least when elections had significant meaning.
Agree
For belgium this was only for municipal elections with the exception of widowers of soldiers who could vote in parliament.
Finland is first on something legitimate, and not like some happiness index.

Incorrect
I know.
Exactly the same time when all problems start
What a tragedy.
