Said it twice I'll say it a third time. The government just painted over a memorial for one of the country's deadliest mass shootings, several times, in a deliberate move of gay erasure extremely thinly veiled as a "safety concern". Fuck off. Take a long walk off a short pier.
Oh ofc I think erasure of LGBTQ is horrible but someone riding over a rainbow that’s clearly on a road is 😭 it’s not that much of a problem and conservatives seem to think we think so lol
It's the usual rightoid shit of completely misrepresenting what actually happened to get a cheap dunk attempt. Like yeah libs and lefties sound like hypocritical whiners when you just make up on in your own head.
Not to be that guy and this was probably intentional but swastikas branch right. This is uh…. Something Hindu or Buddhist about life/birth? Not that anyone uses the outdated meanings anymore
Good God... That's disturbing .... This is ridiculous and needs to be nibbed in the bud, but they keep getting more and more comfortable with their hate 💔
Oh yeah, I know it’s bad to destroy LGBTQ+ flags and such but this comic is kind of referring to ppl in the community to cry over someone riding over w rainbow in the road when it’s.. it is on the road and it probably has like nothing to do with LGBTQ it could possibly be a simple rainbow or even if it isn’t, it’s in the road and myself snd any person in the LGBTQ+ community don’t see any real reason to get upset over it since it’s well, on the road.
Its more about the intention behind the person doing the act. The person burning LGBT flags on houses has the same intentions as the person who did burnouts on a painted crosswalk.
I usually see homophobes talk more about rainbow roads than gay people do, either complaining or exploding, literally trying to parkour the wall or unlock flying to not step on the gay agenda🙏
I mean there’s nothing wrong with burning the LGBTQ+ flag or the U.S. flag, as long as it’s your property, the car driving over the thing in the road doesn’t make sense though considering it’s a cross walk presumably it’s supposed to be driven over?
It’s not dumb it’s the same thing unless it’s property of someone else/the government which it usually is in these cases but if it’s public property like this or private property owned by the person it’s fine and not a crime
So you’re referencing a guy getting community service and a bit of house arrest for reckless endangerment and property damage, and 3 adult teens (19 years old) being made to pay for repairs for their property damage as evidence of what? That actions have consequences?
And what do either of these have to do with the comic? This is just two examples of people committing crimes and getting arrested about it.
If I buy any flag. An American flag, a Union Jack, a pride flag. I can legally burn them. It belongs to me and therefore I have the right to destroy it, provided I do it safely of course. Same thing for anything else that I own (that isn't alive). I do not have the right to burn something that does not belong to me. That's a crime. You also can't legally occupy federal property, or someone else's property without their permission. This is pretty simple.

Conservatives didn't allocate any points towards intelligence when they were creating their characters.
They put all their points into Luck
Maybe because the people who did it were charged and vilified as if they committed a hate crime
It's the usual rightoid shit of completely misrepresenting what actually happened to get a cheap dunk attempt. Like yeah libs and lefties sound like hypocritical whiners when you just make up on in your own head.
Not to downplay your comment, but in a lot of places people do burnouts on rainbow crosswalks specifically to leave tire tracks on them.
Interesting I did t even know that, thanks for informing me.
Shit. That sounds horrible. Could you elaborate? I’m unfamiliar with the situation.

I'm sorry, but I couldn't not share this
conservatives are funny....
"Got tamped down". Big Gay trying to silence free speech.
yeah..
the funny part is... that it just so happens that if you use any flag other than Switzerland and Nepal's you'd get a swastika out of 4 flags...

the image isn’t sending, i put some american flags in the shape of a swastika to mock that person

yeah it is
source: i'm hindu
😭oh gosh
Isn’t it funny how the swastika flag is only bad when they can associate their enemies with it? What an amusing coincidence. /s
That was the mayor of my town, lol! Idk if he was the only mayor posting it, but gods I can’t wait to leave this shithole.
There was a guy in Cincinnati burning LGBTQ themed flags while they were still attached to the houses. Things are gonna get worse.
Oh god that is where I live and I hadn't heard this yet.
It was happening in northside.

That's terrifying. Thank you for the info.

whenever I feel like an idiot I remember the fact that r/conservative users will unironically post stonetoss comics because they agree with them
I’m not a neonazi!1!1!!1! 🤬🤬🤬🤬I just agree with a neonazi!1!1!11! 😡😡😡🤬😡
Sir, that's a crosswalk. Do they think crosswalks are flags?
Isn’t one an act of protest and the other an act of hate?
I usually see homophobes talk more about rainbow roads than gay people do, either complaining or exploding, literally trying to parkour the wall or unlock flying to not step on the gay agenda🙏
Among many other differences, it should be noted a burning American flag looks hella cool, whereas a defaced rainbow crosswalk just looks lazy
Can any of these people give us one example of someone being arrested for misusing someone’s pronouns?

Desecrate a flag? Yes. Destroy someone else's property? That's the crime.
You’d think they would know the first amendment lets you desecrate any flag you own that you want.
It's...a crosswalk.
In a street.
Of course cars will drive over it.
Does Stonetoss not understand how crosswalks work?
I just think anyone burning/desecrating any flags is fucking stupid, but that's just me. It literally accomplishes nothing.
Not the point of the post but agreed
Has anyone actually had a crashout over driving over a pride sidewalk? I can't personally say I've ever seen it

I very much dislike the artist. But don't paint a road if you don't want someone to drive over the painting

Don’t know why anyone’s mad at this it’s very okay to burn something you own
then it is isnt a fictional scenario

any source for the second one besides a reddit post with a defunct Instagram link?
damn it's almost like there's a difference between public and private property or something
