I have an european ROM and everything works correctly. The only problem I have, is that I seem to have no possible way to change the in-game language. I have manic set to German but that doesn’t seem to help. Is it possible to set it to German or is it not? If it is, how?

Then simply follow all the steps in the tutorial exactly, you will need to first dump the keys from your physical 3DS in GM9. From there everything else is covered in the tutorials
As I said, I'm new to this. I don't know what is meant by "keys" and how to dump them. And I definitely do not know how to "simply" follow the steps, that don't get explained, either. I also still don't know which tutorial I have to look at.
We do not educate or provide instruction on dumping that falls on the user to learn for themselves and there are many guides on GodMode9 online. As for the tutorial you wanted the Home Menu and only one tutorial on the Discord is named Home Menu.
