To give context, I recently updated my iPhone 16 Plus to 26.2.
I’m not very familiar with the process or tech savvy, but I presently have 3 sideloaded apps.
Sidestore. To download and refresh other apps (I’ve deleted alt store since it seems to serve the same purpose)
Manic EMU
StikDebug. (This is connected by LocalDevVPN)
I usually use stickdebug as a psedo launcher for Manic and that would enable JIT. But now when I try it, it gives me a pop up of code that it’s running. I’ve never seen that before. Without JIT, the emulator functions (poorly) but with JIT, it’s a black screen with extremely laggy/unresponsive buttons.
Before, on the same phone prior to 26.2, I would do the same thing with the App Store StikDebug and the sideloaded Alt store version of Manic and things would go fine.
What is missing?
The PiP is JIT and the only way it is available on iOS 26.
I’m sorry, what does that mean? Is the PiP an app to download or process I’m missing?
It’s the window with the text, you can move it off screen but it has to remain open for JIT to work in Manic Azahar core on iOS 26
Okay. So nothing is wrong and I just have to wait?
You would get an error telling you to close it if it had an error.
Understood! Thank you very much for the answer!
