What are your thoughts on cat wheels? Does anyone have one for their Maine Coon? I am considering one as I have a very energetic destructive 6 months old Maine coon. I’ve got interactive toys and cats trees but he still has so much energy. I don’t want to spend $200 on an extra large wheel that doesn’t work for him but I will if other people have good experiences. I’m willing to try anything to help him get more enrichment. I got one for my boys off marketplace, Maine coon (Cassian) will go on it with some encouragement, my DSH (Ruhn) loves it & uses it often without any encouragement. Cassian isn’t super high energy though, Ruhn is, if your cat has a lot of energy & they like using it then it’s definitely worth it - just depends on the cat really 😊 Cassian’s Mum has one & she uses it all the time, used to watch them on the webcam in the kitten room while waiting for Cassian to come home

I can’t comment on how they work, but I’d love to get one for my boy. But I literally have no space as they’re pretty lg. I’m in an apt. But if I had room I’d get one. My cats older and pretty mellow. lol. Or I could say lazy. But it would be great for him as inside exercise.
I would have to get rid of my couch to make space but I would do it if it means my boy gets to be happy.
Funny, I opened this thread because I read cat and wheel and was thinking cat wheelchairs.
Our Maine needs a wheelchair, 7 month boy with CH. I am only waiting to see what size we need because he is 10 pounds and growing.
