Love the art. Interesting combat trick. Sorta costs 1. Probably solid in limited. I dont think I would play this in my Vivi storm deck cuz that extra mana up front hurts. Mono red doesn't want this cuz they arn't ramping into anything and the cost hurts. I think it will take a lot of rotations to happen for this to see play.

I think the extra toughness is better than first strike because there are a lot of burn based removal spells being played right now.
Plus this one will be legal in standard
Also with add -1/-1 counter, remove -1/-1 counter
