If any of you have Ragequit the game since Zero Chill 0 AP abilities almost killed the game, you can come back and give it another try. the Game is just like new again. I was almost ready to sell my team and its playing so much better now that people cant have 200 AP on O and D
I joined mid December and didn’t even play a madden that had AP before so I didn’t understand why everyone was prime Mike Vick. Now it feels a bit more like the crappy Madden I remember.
Give it time. It will come back around. ZC event is always peak, and then it gets broken again around Super Bowl and beyond.
Right now we’re just getting able to figure things out and whether the landscape without every single player having 0 to 1AP.

Haven’t played Madden since 2019 bought this one half off Black Friday. My team is a 92 overall only spent money to buy the season pass. Idk what TT is but I also think im older now and just buns at video games
Ahh okay I feel you brother, I only started playing recently aswell (a week before Christmas) but I am a bit of a sweaty player so I learned the meta pretty quick. A TT is a Theme Team which is what they call having a lot of players from the same NFL team so you can match the team chemistries. The more players you have from the same team, the more boosts they all get. That won’t make everyone feel like Mike vick, but it’ll definitely help your team feel better
Not to complain to you but does this kind of ruin the idea of ultimate team if you’re just building a full nfl team despite being able to build the perfect god squad 😂 EA baffles me. Anyways I’m just having fun with football content I don’t think I’ll be winning any competitions anytime soon
I get what you’re saying but the good thing is, it’s not only the players current team it’s any team they’ve ever been on so you can mix and match players for one TT a lot more than you might think especially with certain teams. Also, a lot of the best free cards in the game have all 32 team chems anyways but I get what you’re saying. Best of luck to you in your MUT journey 🫡
Agreed, I had 250 AP active during ZC, was honestly dumb. Enjoyed playing last night more than the entire ZC event
Would be more fun if defense actually worked. I’m not advocating for a ton of avalanches but my guys refuse to do anything on defense because they don’t have certain abilities. Can have a guy completely draped and he won’t make a play. Vice versa, when I’m on offense, the only time my guy drops a ball is when they do an odd agg catch and Hang in the air for a whole half second to let someone come hit them
Yeah I can agree the DBs are pretty dumb without abilities. But if you do a good job pass committing and guessing the direction of routes you can still get some stops (unless it’s a table route or corner route those you almost always have to exclusively user cover). More rewarding IMO not having abilities that do the work for ya
Couldn't agree with you more. Its lovely to see people top players are unique and often involved in TT. I actually messaged someone last night because he seemingly forgot zero chill was over so I told him to get some new cards.
The game was better with abilities it was the X factor abilities that were broken but kos are needed for the game
I took all my KOs off and just have pick artist and got lots of KOs today. KOs are nice but not needed if you scheme it correctly
What is going on with x-factor abilities? Why are they near impossible to activate. It seems to work on defense fairly easily after a sack, fumble, or interception. On offense however, I can have my tight end/WR GET 200+ yards and 3 TDS, but the X never lights up. I can get it activated on my QB and HB from time to time, but it is way harder on offense for some reason. Does anybody else have this issue?

I sold all of my ZC/ghost cards the night before the promo ended. I got about 6.5-7 mil in coins. I was told that the market for these players was going to crash significantly once abilities were nerfed. I thought I could either rebuild my team with the new playoffs promo and whatever new higher ovr players they release, but no lmao….Cunningham, randy moss, Adrian Peterson, parham, etc ALL went up in price…why?? Wtf lol how does that happen when the chems no longer apply 🤦♂️…I want Cunningham and AP back so bad but I feel like I have to wait now and just roll with maye and Bettis smh..I did scoop the cb Randy back up though..this makes no sense..

Cause the playoff card suck. The 93 ghost of mut and zero chill cards did come down significantly. Like i sold deion for 375k and picked him back up for 200k. But if the playoff card suck thags gonna raise everyone else
What? Zero chill actually made the game fun for a little. Defense is almost non existent in this game but with 99 everything it equalled it out. They ruined the game by giving everyone 99 everything and then taking it away.
if you need 99 everything you need to get better at the game. I have a 94 Defense and i regularly get stops against guys that have better offenses than me

Madden 20 was my least played Madden, I gave up on it after easter and played games I enjoyed and waited till madden 21 came out, so yet again you are wrong.
Mid blitz is a horrible defense to run, like all man coverage in this game, soon as someone comes out in it I love it because although Its annoying to play against it over and over again, its beatable and I no-huddle the entire time and walk down the field on them.
