I bought a jacket that is too small and needs a bigger size. I got it on Black Friday when it was cheaper and now it’s back to original price I believe so can I do exchange online or do I need to get this done at the store?
Normally for exchange we'll do it after the 10 days as long as it's the same product, pattern, color, style. We are under the holiday price adjustment policy in store. It's a little longer than usual and ends 12/24. Select exclusions apply.
So, I would recommend doing it in-store — price matching is very-much possible, but, it can be iffy trying it online.
In store. Online wouldn’t really get you that price you paid originally if it was cheaper
try in store. many stores will only price match within 10 days of a sale though, so its best to try to go in asap. they'll likely honor it.
