Hey everyone,I recently started working at Macy’s (about two weeks ago) and I’m wondering if there’s any time or hours-worked requirement before becoming eligible for the Macy’s employee credit card.
I already have a regular Macy’s credit card, and I submitted the form to have it converted to the employee version, but I haven’t received any confirmation yet. Did I miss a step or do something wrong?
Any insight or guidance from current employees would be really helpful—thanks in advance!
No, there is no requirement of hours worked.
Do you know how do I apply for the employee card? Is it through the in-site portal? And how do you know if your regular card is converted to employee one?
On the Macy's app/website it should say if the card linked is an employee card.

go into myhr. it should be under benefits/my other benefits. it'll give you instructions on applying/merging your regular macy's. your store's AST/MBA should also be able to walk you thru it!
