Will Maspe + Facemask work as good as Marpe + Facemask??

I want to get Maspe + Facemask because I don't want to risk being asymmetrical from Marpe, I'm 15. But I don't know if Maspe + Facekmask will give me less forward growth than Marpe + Facemask.
