Mods please don't delete, I reached out over a month ago asking if I could post this tool that would help people to compile their own subreddit lists but you guys never responded so I am just giving this a shot!
Anyways, I created a Chrome Browser Extension for Reddit that uses a list of over 250K SFW subreddits, over 10K NSFW subreddits, and over 10K NSFW Redditors. The user sets some filters and then they can randomly browse through subreddits that fit within the particular filters. If they stumble across a subreddit they like, they can add it to their favorites list and then the user will have the option to browse through all of their favorited subreddits. Users can also filter to randomize through NSFW Redditors.
Here is a list of NSFW subreddits with ≤1K subscribers that I was able to compile using the browser extension Random Reddit Stumbler:

You can use code ListOfSubreddits (case sensitive) for 50% off the premium version that features the NSFW subreddits and NSFW redditors. That is either $0.50 a month, $2.50 a year, or $5.00 for lifetime.

Quite a few of these are banned due to being unmoderated.
Might want to remove the banned subs off the list also some subs require you to message mods to enter.

Right now there is no way to blacklist a subreddit in your favorites but I will be implementing an update that allows the user to create multiple favorites lists which may help your issue.
The intention is not only to allow people to categorize their favorites lists but also to separate favorited NSFW subreddits from favorited SFW subreddits.
