Betting it's satire. If not it's a butt kicking.

I suspect it's for real. Not really sharp enough for satire.

It’s a satire account that has been posted here often.

He's also the guy who used AI to make a photo of him meeting with all the tech billionaires, but he was in the photo twice, once as the selfie taker and the other as a member of the meeting.

Ah gotta love committing fraud and bragging about it on LinkedIn

Fraud is kinda their brand. The ‘product’ is fake comments on linked in via a AI-enabled chrome extension.

Not sure, companies pay a pretty penny to get their names there, one could argue that the “founder” stole that from them maybe ? And depending on where they are it could be jail? Idk , to many ifs

You could argue this to a civil court, but criminal damages this does not do.

It does raise an interesting question in niche applications. If you hang a giant poster over a billboard is It stealing from the business whoes ad you hid? Is it vandalism against the company who sold the billboard? Can it be both?

There would be a strong case for damages in the amount of the advertising cost/spend and lost space.

Thing is most of the time this amount would be pretty minimal and not worth pursuing. If someone vandalizes a billboard that costs $5,000 a month, and it's fixed after 2 days, the Company can argue their "damages" are ~$170 a day. The lawyer representing them would be $1,700 an hour, so not really economical unless it's a major disruption to something like the super bowl ads around the stadium.

I think the best law enforcement would do here would be vandalism related. Any sort of damages would likely be a civil case.
