This is it, I've been to that hotel many times for various conventions. This is taken from a different angle than what is usually shown on Reddit (the elevators are usually visible.) I can see the Pulse Loft in this picture as well as the wide open 10th floor (there's no rooms on that one it's basically another lobby.)
