DHS has failed the community here. It’s absolutely gross that they didn’t shut them down in 2022 when they completed a walk-through. Instead, they just put them on ‘probation’ for 2 years. Look at this letter:
“On May 9, 2022, when the DHS licensors asked a staff person for his/her name, the staff person left the classroom and came back with a name written on a piece of paper. The DHS licensors asked if the name written on the paper was the staff person’s name, and s/he confirmed that it was. The DHS licensors went into another classroom and the staff person working in that classroom told the DHS licensors his/her name was the same name as the staff person from the previous classroom.”
I investigate fraud. To put it shortly, politicians restrict going after fraud rings that are perpetrated by a single culture (this is most of them) due to the potential optics of having "targeted" that culture.
just like alleged grooming gangs coverup scandal in Britain.
I hate how they paint it as ‘Asian men’ grooming gangs, when in reality it mainly consists of 1/2 South Asian nationality groups. My East Asian face is somehow dragged into it.

on street view, navigate to the side with the parking lot. the wall blemishes in the stone are the exact same as well as the buildings you can see over the top of the daycare building in the horizon. the side door was moved more to the left, but it's still clearly the same place.
you can even see those same 3 vent hoods that are side-by-side right at the corner are present in both street view and the video from OP.
here's a comparison of the two side-by-side. there is no question that this is the same building other than the google street view being from oct 2017 and from a slightly different angle.
there's even an address on the side door in the video "1411 Nicolet Suite B". googling that gives you all the proof you need that is indeed the same place.
