Yes,government is definetly the solution, by taxing corporations, and putting a gazillion of restrictions and zoning laws, the rent will definetly not increase, prices will definetly not spike , as businesses pass the cost down onto consumers, GJ LEFTARDS

    12.1 but ILL has location on its side, multiple shipping lanes, semi strong manufacturing, pharma, and food production/ag. Lots of middle class opportunities why not bend them over for the sake of a city that no longer represents the rest of their efforts.
