I had LASIK surgery one year ago. I experienced flap displacement and developed map-dot-fingerprint dystrophy in both eyes. In addition, the displaced flap caused a stromal stria. As a result, I see halos, glare, and starbursts, especially at night. My doctor recommended using scleral contact lenses; however, I still experience visual distortions. Question: Does this mean that I ended up with stromal wrinkles in both eyes?
It’s a good question and I don’t know the answer to be completely honest but I also got scleral lenses and is still see starbursts and halos at night as well. But they are more symmetrical than before on many lights and on the stars.
thanks
maybe EyePrint Pro with Wavedyn profile is a solution.
