Looks like a satellite to me, and Starlink Mini v2 spacecraft often reflect blue. However, I don't know how you processed the image (color-wise), and such a short exposure doesn't make sense. Was it really a 4 sec exposure?
I made the sky a little cooler than captured, but I think the color from the bright one is chromatic aberration. I liked it so I left it. And yeah 4 sec exposures.
Kind of disappointed with the whole night, I didn't seem to capture the meteor shower like I wanted lol
