There is an accident that all lifts got damaged in one day due to water piping leakage. No lifts can be used. We are living in 3x floor. This is the sixth day with no lift and have to climb up 3x plus floor everyday which is ridiculous. I have asthma with breathing problem. It is very hard for me and sweating everyday. I don’t know my rights on the Rental agreement that can help for this case. Appreciate if you can give me some advice how to face to this condition and bargain to Landlord for my compensate.
