I'm waiting for japan to start making cheaper versions like prize figures or goodsmile pop up parade. They're good quality and won't break the bank. Though I might be tempted if these ones look good.
I'm unfamiliar with the brand as I don't collect 'figures.' Are their products articulated? Fabric clothing? Or just solid plastic? From a quick look at their insta, it seems they mostly do male characters in armor suits, not many female 'fashion' characters.
Hot toys are articulated figures with fabric clothes. They’re pretty well known for making life like figures based on different pop culture franchises like Star Wars, DC, Marvel, etc. They’re essentially super detailed action figures for adult collectors. They do make female figures too. It’s worth mentioning that they’ve recently gotten into making female figures from animated shows like Vi and Jinx from Arcane.
I think you migth want to look up their Arcanes figures for female characters (vi & jinx) and those two star wars characters to judge what they can do with ladies and fabric clothing.
those 11 inch figures are what they are most know for , but it migth be smaller, lower end products.

As much as I love Hot Toys, there's no way I can drop $600+ for HUNTR/X figures. I'll just have to be happy with Mattel's version.
