I’m honestly not too sure of the English name either. They’re concrete blocks shaped like jacks that I believe are used to help break waves along the shoreline. I can’t find a Korean term for them, any chance someone here knows? 도움 줘서 감사합니다~~!

테트라포드 Tetrapod, this means 'four legs'. Koreans are not familiar with this word, either.
파도를 막기위해 해안seashore이나 방파제dyke 같은 곳에 놓아두는 거대한 아스팔트 구조물.
That was so fast!! Thank you so much, the link is super helpful too!
In Europe, we would usually refer to them as breakwaters
I agree that breakwaters is quite adaquate and reasonable name. So I've searched any other recommendable Korea name of tetrapod, and it came out 방파석.
방파 is wave proof, 방파제 is dyke, and so tetrapod should be 방파석 wave proof stone.
테트라포드에 해당하는 우리말을 찾아보니 방파석이라고 나오네요.
However, I’ve just seen that revetment is the more accurate technical term, with tetrapods being one type
