It's been a rough year and the episodes have been a bit more grim. But this years my picks for best story arc is: Owen leaves infowars (1073,1074,1075,)
Best episode: 1074, Alex meltdown about Owen and declares: "There is no more movies, no more sex for me, there is only WAR!"
The revelation of Alex's 200+ prophetic dreams about Gene Hackman that he ignored, thus sealing Gene's tragic fate.
ooh thats a good one, do you know the episode #?
Don’t recall the number but it’s in early April, I just went back to catch up on these!
It’s episode 1022 & 23.
Seeing how quick you are with these, you might already know.. 😅 But just in case you weren't aware:
there's a website that has indexed transcripts of the KF episodes and lets you search through them. See: https://fight.fudgie.org/search/show/kf/
Are we gonna see this animated?
I've been thinking about it actually, keep an eye out in 2026. Still haven't figured out my angle.
I just hope if you do it, Alex implying Gene Hackman looked like a pedophile in the Hitler mustache episode comes up. Love your work.
"I am also the last caller, you morons forgot to hang up on me" 🫡
The little panic in his voice the first time he says “Dan Holmes” because he didn’t realize he was still on the line. He took a chance and stuck the landing.
Was Alex interviewing ChatGPT this year? That has my vote Gibbs
Episodes 960 & 961. They were in Aug/Sep 2024.
Edit to add episode 962 as well. I forgot he did it three times.
Rolling laughing, this was peak KF
It would have been very early on... I want to say Nov-Dec? Also agreed it's an instant classic.
“ChatGPT… you’re my only friend”
Not this year but I've gone back and listened to this several times, one of the funniest things I've ever heard 😄
I think of it more like Alex slowly surrendering to the incoming AI takeover
Can you add the one where Alex misses Owen as he remembers the sombrero moment?
Though realizing at the end that Bill Cooper had just plagiarized everything removed some of the shine, I really enjoyed the Mystery Babylon series. It was "fun" to return to simpler conspiracies, and I do like Cooper's voice/storytelling. I was genuinely hoping to learn more about how he perceived the Illuminati was running the world.
Learning he had plagiarized pretty much all of it, and also reading Pale Horse Rider this year, really broke my heart.
"A fish ate Osirus' dick." -Dan Friesen, 2025
Cancer: The Crab
never fails to crack me up
The specific moment after Owen began his solo venture when he was taking calls. That one dude who seemed like he might've been a knowledge fighter. And then the next caller straight up asking if Owen thought his broadcast would make a good episode of knowledge fight, then revealing that he's also the previous caller and Owen just never actually hung up on him
That was absolutely hilarious.
The Owen Shroyer saga was amazing to.listen through the prism of KF.
On a more serious note, the jigsaw puzzle over a couple of episodes of what happened in the summer with the shooting of the Minnesota law makers was genuinely first class. Re the tethers linking the rhetoric on Infowars to what happened, Jordan put it best when he said nobody else could have done that
Do you know what episode numbers they were? I'd like to listen to them again sometime. Agree with you that they're fantastic work.
1049 I believe
The artificial butter/salmon episode. That had me actually laughing out loud listening to it
Which was that?
Did Alex kill Gene Hackman this year or last year?
Pretty sure the Crowder deposition episode was this year. Episode 1008
I personally like the Russell Brand episode: The animosity between Alex and Russell, Jordan’s pleasure at the dynamic, Dan’s frustration at Jordan not getting super powers, and Dan mocking Jordan then praying for him right at the end, beautiful.
Fuck....is the owen saga really the best arc this year?...that's grim
