This Belzunce STAN is an absolutely gorgeous titanium liner lock with vintage WW2 paper micarta scales, backspacer, and pivot collars. The blade is 3.5" of 90MCV8 layered with 15n20, hand forged by Belzunce himself, and riding on bearings. The detent is about a medium as far as French customs go, so quite satisfying IMO. The closing action is gentle-to-medium shake shut. The handles are contoured and very comfortable with neutral ergonomics. The clip works well and is easy in and out of the pocket.

I am the original owner - I purchased it new from Blade Gallery a month or two ago. It has been carried a few times, and it has cut just enough to test the edge - the original edge is absolutely intact and RAZOR sharp. This thing pops hairs, and it's very thin behind the edge. Sliciest knife I own. It has never been disassembled. It has no wear, scratches, dings, or marks that I can see. The blade, you can see, has a couple light spots (especially on the non show side), but that's just how the blade was forged - it came like that. Blade is centered. No lock stick. A little side to side blade play that I never bothered adjusting the pivot for because it's very minor, but I'm mentioning it to be comprehensive.

Includes slip and "COA" which is really just an 8.5x11" printout of its Blade Gallery listing. Originally paid $1150. Looking for SV 850. Love the knife, just gotta pay for an upcoming book spot with another maker.
