I think of all the hands that had to pass through to get to that point. The cook who didn’t take the label off when taking the dish to the pit. The dishwasher who didn’t take the label off before putting the dish in the machine. The person putting up the clean dishes. The cook who labeled the new product they put back in the clean dish.
