Whoever posted this, you’re the goat.
This is wonderful mod team, this should probably be a pinned post or wiki item as well.
It's pinned/highlighted & will remain so. Doing this was a suggestion in the Anne Burrell thread & I put it together this morning.
Thanks then I saw the post on home feed so I couldn't see if it was pinned. Thank you again for providing this resource.
988 is a great resource...
I used them when I was struggling. The great thing about it is? They(2 people) will sometimes come over with someone who "needs the hours" to get licensed(still just 2 people), so you're also helping them out as well!
canadians: 211 and 988 are also here!
Love ya’ll thank you for posting
Thanks for putting this list together. Another one I have to add that I've started working with recently is CHOW - Culinary Hospitality Outreach Wellness.
https://chowco.org/
They run online, weekly and monthly, no expectations meetings for people to talk about their mental health, and have diverse groups for whatever people feel like they identify with - men's, women's, queer/LGBTQ+, POC, etc.

Adding these bits of excellent advice, from other conversations here, too;
If something traumatic happens while you are at work, and you need help managing your feelings afterward--FILE a Work Comp Claim!;

And this piece of advice, regarding "Hold a Debriefing" is also something that a workplace should be doing after traumatic events, too!
