Hi- I am starting the Keto journey and want easy, repeatable recipes for meals that hit target macros. This was helpful (AreYouReadyToReddit's 1-Week Meal Plan - A Guide to plan your meals up to a week in advance) and am going to try it to start, but I feel like 1350kcal may be low for me.
Any other resources for easy, repeatable meal recipes that include marco calcs?
